Where we ship
• We currently do not ship within India.
• We ship to the USA and select international destinations.

Processing time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery timelines
• USA (from our Irving, Texas facility): 3–6 working days via standard ground services.
• International (outside USA): 6–12 working days* depending on destination and carrier.
*Customs inspections may cause delays outside our control.

Tracking
• A tracking link will be shared by email/WhatsApp as soon as the order is dispatched.

Duties & Taxes (International)
• Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need a change, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
